《One Thing》是英国青少年组合One Direction演唱的一首英文单曲。它收录于One Direction2011年11月18日发行的专辑《Up All Night》中。

One Direction是一个英国五人男子组合，成员包括：Liam Payne，Louis Tomlinson，Niall Horan，Harry Styles和Zayn Malik。他们作为个人选手通过了The X-Factor(英国偶像——一档英国选秀节目，由Simon Cowell创办)第七季（2010）的选拔赛，进入了训练营，却没有成功进入男生组评委之家。在评委Nicole Scherzinger的提议下，这五个青少年被组成了一个组合，从而晋级，One Direction成立的这个美妙日子是2010年7月23日。最终，One Direction进入了决赛，并且成为了当季比赛的季军。之后签约唱片公司Syco Music。

首张专辑《Up All Night》于2011年11月21日发售，专辑首支单曲《What Makes You Beautiful》于2011年9月11日在英国发售，并拿到英国单曲榜第一的成绩，专辑的第二支单曲《Gotta Be You》于2011年11月13日于英国发售，首张专辑《Up All Night》于英国时间2011年11月21日发售。五个大男孩在MV中无比阳光帅气，MV由2个部分组成，一个是1D成员们的玩乐时间，另一部分则是他们走上街头和粉丝们互动。
